Permission to Pause!

Permission to Pause!

Hello, and happy Monday.

Just a quick note to let you know I took time off from writing this week.

Why? Because I took a short vacation to Mexico with friends, and for Becky and me to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, which is today.

We gave ourselves permission to fully unplug, be present, laugh a little louder, share memories, slow down, and enjoy life a little deeper for a bit.

First a quote: “Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes… including you.” — Anne Lamott

Vacations are not just a break from work… they’re a return to what matters most. For me, that is family and friends.

They give us space to think, to reconnect, to recharge, and to remember that our lives are bigger than our calendars and to-do lists.

If you’ve been running hard for a while, maybe this is your gentle reminder…

It’s okay to call a time-out. To step away. To breathe. To be present with the people who matter most.

I’ll be back soon with another full MMM.

Until then, take care of yourself, and those around you.

How will you create a little space to recharge this week? Because in the end, the moments we make time for… are the ones that matter most!

Sincerely,

Bryan Yager
